M&M African Kitchen is a full-service West African restaurant in Frisco, Texas. We built its harness one job at a time. These jobs are set up there:
Online orders. Guests order pickup on the restaurant’s own website and pay online through the restaurant’s Stripe account.
Kitchen tickets. Paid online orders print in the kitchen.
Reservations. Guests book a table online and change it from a link, and parties of 6 or more are asked for a deposit.
Catering. Guests choose a catering order online and pay the deposit by card.
It runs beside the restaurant’s existing point-of-sale without getting in its way.

Control, guardrails and a backup.
You keep control. You keep your brand, domain and payment account. On the $2,000 build, accounts are set up in your name and the tools bill you directly at their normal price; we add nothing on top.
Guardrails come first. In your harness, you approve anything that touches money or guests, or set the rule for it. The rules are agreed before a job goes live.
Your current system stays. We build on what you already have. Nothing gets ripped out, so you always have a way back.
Failures are loud. Every action is confirmed. When something breaks, a person hears about it with enough detail to act.
