Insurance License Tracker answers Texas Department of Insurance compliance questions from the details a licensee chooses to share in the chat. The ChatGPT app is a read-only information tool. It is not a record-keeping system, payment product, or substitute for TDI online services.
What Insurance License Tracker processes
The ChatGPT app reads only what you type into the chat: license type (sales agent, broker, broker associate, inspector), license expiry date, CE hours already completed, classroom preference, and whether you have E&O insurance and fingerprinting on file.
What not to send
Do not send your TDI license number, social security number, driver license number, full home address, payment cards, bank details, passwords, or any client transaction data through the ChatGPT app. None of that is needed for the read-only TDI information tools.
Storage and accounts
The ChatGPT app is accountless. Insurance License Tracker does not create a Ni Biashara account, store the chat content on Ni Biashara servers, or sync to any TDI system from inside ChatGPT. The conversation is held by ChatGPT under OpenAI’s terms.
Third-party services
The app endpoint is hosted on Netlify. It logs only standard request metadata for uptime, security, and abuse prevention. No personal data is forwarded to advertising, marketing, or analytics partners from inside the ChatGPT app.
Paid Pro / Agency tracking
Paid renewal tracking with email reminders is offered on the Ni Biashara website at nibiashara.biz/products/insurance-license-tracker. Sign-up, payment, and stored data all happen on owned Ni Biashara domains, not inside ChatGPT.
Your rights
If you have signed up for paid tracking on the Ni Biashara website and want your data deleted or exported, email admin@nibiashara.biz. Inside ChatGPT the chat is not persisted on Ni Biashara servers, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
Children
Insurance License Tracker is for licensed Texas real estate professionals and applicants. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly process data about anyone under 13.
Updates
Material changes will be reflected on this page and dated below. Continued use of the ChatGPT app after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
