If a fix doesn't work, we redo it once at no charge. If the redo doesn't fix it, you get your money back in full.

Email [email protected] or call +1-254-328-1824. Please include your order or invoice number so we can find it quickly.

What happens next

We acknowledge your request within 1 business day, and you get a decision within 2 business days.

How your money comes back

• Card payments: refunded to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it in about 5 to 10 business days.

Monthly plans

You can cancel any time by replying to any email from us or writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next charge, and there are no cancellation fees.
