Insurance License Tracker terms.
Insurance License Tracker is a read-only ChatGPT app that organizes published Texas Department of Insurance rules. It is provided as-is and is not a substitute for TDI, legal counsel, your sponsoring broker, or your CE provider.
What you get
Access to TDI-derived continuing education math, renewal milestone planning, late-penalty calculation, CE provider directory, renewal checklists, and two ChatGPT widgets. All tools are read-only and accountless.
What you don’t get
The ChatGPT app does not file your renewal, pay TDI fees, submit CE certificates, store license records, or grant license status changes. Anything that touches TDI online services must be done by you on tdi.texas.gov.
Acceptable use
Use Insurance License Tracker only for lawful, personal compliance planning and brokerage education. Do not use it to evade TDI discipline, fabricate CE credit, or misrepresent license status to a client or counterparty.
Not legal advice
Nothing produced by the ChatGPT app is legal advice. For binding answers, contact TDI at (512) 676-6000 or consult a Texas insurance compliance attorney. Fines and disciplinary action remain TDI’s exclusive purview.
Accuracy
TDI rule details are summarized from public sources current as of the most recent build. TDI changes rules. Always verify pivotal facts (fee amounts, hour counts, deadlines) on tdi.texas.gov before acting.
Liability
Ni Biashara LLC provides Insurance License Tracker without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ni Biashara is not liable for missed renewal deadlines, declined CE credit, fines, license inactivity, or lost transactions resulting from reliance on the app.
Paid tracking
Optional Pro and Agency renewal tracking is sold on the Ni Biashara website at nibiashara.biz/products/insurance-license-tracker. Those tiers are governed by a separate paid service agreement presented at checkout.
Termination
Ni Biashara may suspend or remove the ChatGPT app at any time, for any reason, including OpenAI policy changes. The app may also be unavailable due to maintenance, deployment, or upstream provider outage.
