Faida privacy policy.

Faida checks load offers and delay claims from the facts a carrier chooses to share. The current ChatGPT app is a decision aid. It is not a load board, payment product, or document intake system.

What Faida processes

Faida may process lane, equipment, mileage, deadhead, broker offer, operating cost, fuel, driver-hours, truck-readiness, broker-trust, delay, approval, and paperwork-status details entered by the user.

What not to send

Do not send unredacted rate confirmations, full street addresses, precise location, government IDs, payment cards, bank details, passwords, API keys, or private account credentials through the ChatGPT app.

How the information is used

The hosted Faida endpoint uses the submitted facts to return cost-based load guidance, delay-claim math, and broker wording. The current ChatGPT app does not create user accounts or save a Faida trip history database.

Hosting logs

Requests pass through Ni Biashara hosting on Netlify. Routine hosting logs may be generated for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Ni Biashara does not sell Faida user data.

Paid intake

If you buy a Faida Carrier Drop-In, Stripe handles checkout and card processing. The paid intake may collect your contact details, payment reference, redacted load or delay facts, and the generated Faida case response.

Payment checks

Ni Biashara may use Stripe checkout-session and webhook data to verify payment, connect a paid request to a case, fulfill the request, provide support, and keep accounting records.

Retention

The current ChatGPT app is stateless. Paid intake submissions, support emails, generated case responses, and payment records are retained as business correspondence and accounting records. Hosting logs follow the retention controls available from the hosting provider.
