SIQ privacy policy.

This page covers the current SIQ web app and mobile testing builds. SIQ is ad-free and uses only the information people choose to submit for event, Sherehe Pass, partner, and support requests.

Effective date

May 15, 2026. This page is a product-specific supplement to the Ni Biashara site privacy page.

What SIQ handles

The live web app is intentionally narrow.

  • Event interest, Sherehe Pass requests, ticket-proof uploads, partner-link interest, and support messages when a user submits them.
  • No account creation or sign-in with third-party identity providers on the public guest surface.
  • No in-app advertising.
  • No third-party analytics SDKs.

What stays local

The app may keep limited state on the device to keep the guest flow working.

  • Temporary session state.
  • Basic screen, booking, and form state needed to keep the local experience usable.
  • No public guest account profile is created from simply opening SIQ.

What SIQ does not collect for ads

SIQ is not designed as a surveillance or ad-tech surface.

  • No advertising identifiers for SIQ use.
  • No behavioral tracking for ad targeting.
  • No sale of personal data.

External links and platform handling

Some actions may leave the app boundary.

  • If you open an external link, it is handled outside the app by your browser or device.
  • Public event tickets, food partner ordering, and partner pages are handled by their original providers.
  • Stripe payment pages are handled by Stripe when a payment flow is available.
  • This policy covers SIQ handling, not partner, Stripe, app-store, or device-manufacturer handling.

Feedback and support contact

Direct contact data is handled separately from app usage.

  • If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message.
  • We use that information only to reply, support the request, and keep basic business records.

Data requests and deletion

SIQ does not create public guest accounts. Users can still ask us to remove SIQ request records tied to their email address or phone number.

  • Email admin@nibiashara.biz with the subject "SIQ data deletion request."
  • Include the email address or phone number used in the SIQ request so we can find the matching record.
  • We delete eligible SIQ request, support, and ticket-proof records unless we need to keep a limited record for fraud prevention, chargeback handling, legal, tax, or basic business-record reasons.

Future releases

This policy will expand before broader data-handling features go live.

  • If SIQ adds online accounts, messaging, cloud sync, analytics, or ads, this page will be updated first.
  • SIQ is not directed to children under 13.
