Ni Biashara uses business information and limited analytics to run its sites, improve products, and respond to people who contact us. We do not use fingerprinting or build hidden personal profiles.
What We Collect
The collection model is intentionally small and practical.
- Site and product signals such as page views, product selections, cart interactions, device and browser information, approximate location, and referral or campaign information.
- Information you intentionally submit through forms, such as contact requests.
What We Do Not Collect
Our analytics are for operating and improving the business, not covert profiling.
- No fingerprinting scripts or hidden personal dossiers.
- No payment-card details sent to Google Analytics.
- No sale of contact information or mobile data for third-party marketing.
Analytics and Cookies
Ni Biashara sites and owned commerce pages may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify analytics, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel, cookies, and similar technologies to measure visits and important product actions.
- Analytics help us understand which pages and offers work, diagnose problems, and improve customer journeys.
- When someone arrives through a ChatGPT ad, OpenAI measurement may record page views, a privacy-preserving referral identifier, and completed lead actions. We do not send raw phone numbers through the OpenAI measurement code.
- Google, Shopify, and OpenAI process measurement data under their own privacy terms.
- You can limit cookies through browser or device controls and use any privacy, opt-out, or Global Privacy Control options provided on the relevant store.

How Signals Are Used
The point is to improve clarity and delivery quality, not to build personal profiles.
- Understand which pages are useful and where content needs improvement.
- Measure campaign usefulness and improve which offers are shown to relevant business audiences.
- Keep review decisions grounded in aggregate usefulness, not invasive tracking.
TikTok connection and publishing
Ni Biashara Networks may let an authorized business channel connect its TikTok account to send original videos as drafts or direct posts. We use the connection only to identify the authorized account, read the posting settings TikTok provides, send the video and caption selected for that channel, and check the resulting post status.
- We do not receive or store a TikTok password.
- We store OAuth access and refresh tokens in a restricted server-side secret store while the connection is active. They are used only to operate the connected channel.
- The authorized account holder controls the requested caption and visibility. TikTok applies its own publishing rules and privacy options.
- An account holder can revoke the connection in TikTok and can contact [email protected] for connection support.
Calls and Text Messages
If you share your phone number with Ni Biashara, we may use it to respond to your request, coordinate a call, or send service-related follow-up. This includes cases where you call or text the business line, send a WhatsApp message, submit a website form, or directly ask Ni Biashara to follow up.
- You opt in by contacting Ni Biashara through the website, phone line, WhatsApp, or a direct business inquiry and asking for follow-up, including when you submit a form and provide a phone number for a callback or text response.
- Messages are used for customer support, appointment coordination, lead follow-up, and business service notifications.
- Message frequency depends on the conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help.
- Ni Biashara does not sell phone numbers or share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Ni Biashara may host support and privacy pages for owned software products on direct product pages.
