Privacy boundary

The ChatGPT app does not collect license numbers, email addresses, payment cards, or any personally identifying information. Tools return precomputed TREC rules with source citations. No external API calls happen at request time. Paid renewal tracking is offered only on the Ni Biashara website — never inside ChatGPT.
